Biographical Information: Joe had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area most all of his life, coming from the Chicago, Illinois, area. He loved and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle, playing pool, and going to the bar. Joe was a "Jack-of-all-trades", working on things and fixing them up, and building things.
