Biographical Information: Les had lived in the Monticello area for 59 years, he had recently moved to Goddard, Kansas to be with family for the past year. He had been the Club Manager for the AmVets Post #91 for many years, retiring in 2012. Les was a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Vietnam Era. He was a member of the AmVets Post #91 and the VFW Post #2231 both of Monticello, Indiana. Les was an avid sports fan and especially loved basketball and football.
Special Services: Full Military Rites will be conducted at the I.O.O.F. Riverview Cemetery by the Monticello Honor Guard (American Legion, Amvets, VFW Post ) following services.
Memorial Information: In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Amvets Post #91, or to the Wounded Warriors Program. Envelopes will be available at the AmVets Post #91.
