Biographical Information: Hazel had lived in the Idaville, Burnettsville, Indiana, communities most all of her life and had lived in Brookston, and off and on in Mississippi. She loved and enjoyed gardening, flowers, watching birds and cooking. Hazel loved all of her family very much and would worry about them all the time. She was a member of the Christian Heritage Fellowship Church of God of Logansport, Indiana.

Marriage Information: On April 10, 1936 in Brookston, Indiana, she married C. Marvin Thomas. He died September 20, 2000.
