Biographical Information: Elsie had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, community all of here life. She had worked as a case clamp operator at the old RCA Factory for fourteen (14) years, and was the custodian at the Lakes Federal Credit Union for twenty (20) years, both of Monticello, Indiana. Elsie was a fifty (50) year member of the Pocahontas and was a past Pocahontas of Monticello, Indiana. She was the keeper of records. Elsie was the Great Guard of The Forest of the Great Council of Indiana. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Monticello, Indiana. Elsie loved bowling, gardening, horseback riding, walking, and dancing. Elsie most importantly loved being and spending time with all of her family, and her puppy "Little Guy", who she loved so dearly.
Special Services: Pocahontas Services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, 2001 the funeral home.
Memorial Information: Memorials may be given to the White County Chapter of the American Cancer Society Relay For Life. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Marriage Information: On February 11, 1953, at the Christian Church Parsonage in Monon, Indiana, she married James W. "Jim" Wenrick. He survives.
