Biographical Information: Budd had lived in Reynolds, Indiana all of his life, and was a graduate of Reynolds High School in Reynolds, Indiana. He owned and operated the former Ruemler's Hardware Store in Reynolds, Indiana for forty-five (45) years. Retired from Alloy Rods in Monticello, Indiana in 1995. Budd was a life long member of the St. James Lutheran Church in Reynolds, Indiana. He was a United States World War II Veteran.
Special Services: Full military rites by the Honor Guard of the American Legion, VFW, and AmVets Post, all of Monticello, Indiana, will be conducted at the cemetery.
Memorial Information: Memorials may be given to the St. James Lutheran Church Elevator Fund. Envelopes will be available at the church.
Marriage Information: On December 7, 1941, at the St. James Lutheran Church in Reynolds, Indiana, he married Mary James. She preceded him in death December 12, 2004.
