Biographical Information: Patti had worked as a cook at the Carroll Manor Nursing Home, in Carroll County, Indiana, for eight (8) years. She had was also an extension agent for the Purdue University Extension Service Tippecanoe County, for several years. Patti would go into peoples houses and teaching them about commodity foods, and how to keep clean homes. She had also taught a cooking class at the Southside Community Center in Lafayette, Indiana, for several years. Patti was a former member of the Sharon Chapel Church in West Lafayette, Indiana, and had taught Sunday School there as well. She attended the Monticello Christian Church in Monticello, Indiana. Patti loved and enjoyed fishing, painting, flowers, working in the garden, and baking. She loved to get out and play volleyball, bad-mitten, and running track. Patti was the "pace setter" on the high school track team, even though girls could not really run at that time.

Marriage Information: On August 2, 1968, at a Justice of The Peace in Danville, Illinois, she married David R. Boys. He survives.
