Biographical Information: Bill had been in failing health the last several months. He had lived in the rural Monticello (Carroll County), Indiana, area most all his life before moving to Pekin, Indiana, to be closer to his family. Bill was a retired Civil Engineer, surveying for numerous years. He and his late wife, Lula, loved and enjoyed boating and were avid Purdue University Sports Fans, holding season tickets for all the football and basketball games. Bill was a member of the Libanus Masonic Lodge #154 F. & A.M. of Monticello, Indiana, for over fifty years.

Marriage Information: On August 21, 1959, in Chalmers, Indiana, he married Lula Josephine Lake; she passed away on Friday, September 2, 2016.
