Biographical Information: Elna had lived in the Monon, Indiana community for 70+ years. She passed away at her son's home in Logansport, Indiana. She had recently been a resident of Lakeview Commons in Monticello, Indiana since October of 2006. Elna was the third oldest of four children. She attended a country school for six years and then graduated from Francesville High school in 1934. She was a loving and proud wife and Mother. She was employed in the White County Treasurer's Office in Monticello for 10 years. Elna had served on the White County R.E.M.C. Board of Directors for several years in the 1960's. She was a member of the Monon United Methodist Church in Monon, Indiana, Worthy Matron of Monon Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, and former member of Tippecanoe Country Club Women's golf league, and local bridge clubs.

Marriage Information: On May 21, 1936, in Winamac, Indiana, she married Dean G. Miller. He died January 30, 2007.
