Visitation will be: 10:30 a.m., until the time of services at 12:00 p.m. (Noon), Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana.
Biographical Information: Jack was called to his heavenly home on Friday, August 8, 2008. He moved to the White County area in 1998. He met Sandra K. Martin in 2001 and they married in 2003. Jack had served in the United States Army from 1975 to 1978. He loved spending time with his wife and grandson Parker who was the light of his life. Jack also enjoyed watching movies, drawing, playing poker, golf and fishing. He also enjoyed his three (3) cats and his dog. Jack could not thank his very special friends of the entire Zion Bethel Church of Monticello, Indiana for all of their help.
Special Services: Full Military Rites will be conducted at the funeral home by the Honor Guard of the American Legion, VFW and AmVets Posts all of Monticello, Indiana.
Memorial Information: May be given to the wishes of the donor. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Marriage Information: On August 23, 2003, around the fountain at the Tippecanoe County Court House in Lafayette, Indiana, he married Sandra K. Martin. She survives.
