Biographical Information:
Nellie had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area most all her life. She and George, met in Fowler and it was love at first site. Nellie was an amazing quilt maker. She was also an amazing wife, mom, grandma, great grandma, and great great grandma!!!! Nellie had a heart of gold and was very strict. She was a member of the Guernsey Church of the Brethren of rural Monticello, Indiana. Nellie was an amazing cook, enjoyed working on word search puzzles, jig-saw puzzles, and playing solitaire. She was an avid Indiana Pacers and Purdue University Basketball fan. Nellie loved sitting on the front porch swing watching her cardinals, waving at the kids across the street, giving all and everyone a hard time, and wasn’t bashful about speaking her mind (and yelling at the people that ran the stop sign)!!!!!
