Visitation will be: 12:00 (noon) to 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 18, 2021, at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana.
Biographical Information: Eric had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area most of his life before moving to Katy, Texas. He had worked as a technician for the former United/Sprint Telephone Company of Monticello, Indiana, for thirty – four years, retiring April 1, 1995. Eric was a United States Army Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the former Moose Lodge #906 of Monticello, Indiana, and had served as the District Governor for four years, He was also a member of the Twin Lakes Senior Citizens Club of Monticello, Indiana, where he had served as the president for five years. Eric was a life member of the American Legion Post #81, AmVets Post #91, and the VFW Post #2231, all of Monticello, Indiana, and the Telephone Association Jede Johnson Chapter. He was an avid Indianapolis Colts football fan, Indiana Pacers basketball fan, and enjoyed golfing and camping. **** Casual Clothes Requested ****

Marriage Information: He married Mary Klopenstein in White County, Indiana, on October 7, 1957; she is deceased. Then on June 16, 1974, in White County, Indiana, he married Hazel Lowe; she passed away on November 8, 1996.
