Biographical Information: Tim had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area most all his life. He was a 1977 graduate of Lebanon High School of Lebanon, Indiana, and then went on to graduate from Wichita States University. Tim was an amazing person and so FULL of LIFE!!!! He and his late father, Pastor J.L. Schaffer, together built the Lake Shafer Christian Center and Calvary Temple, both of Monticello, Indiana. Tim was an amazing vocalist and sang with the Revival Time Choir and traveled the world singing. His creativity can be seen and witnessed throughout the city of Monticello, Indiana. Tim had the amazing ability to help see someone through, rather than see through them!!! His charitable contributions were many and timely to everyone he helped. Tim was a friend to many, a stranger to NONE, and brought out the best in EVERYONE!!!!!
