Biographical Information: Chay had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area since 2000, coming from Rockwood, Michigan. She was a graduate of Carlson High School of Gibraltar, Michigan. Chay had worked at Payless Grocery Store of West Lafayette, Indiana, and had worked at the Kroger’s Grocery Store of Monticello, Indiana. She was a member of the AmVets Ladies Auxiliary and the Riders of the AmVets Post #91 of Monticello, Indiana. Chay loved and enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and watching her kids playing sports. She especially loved going on rides with the AmVets Riders of Monticello, Indiana, fall weather, campfires, and especially enjoyed Halloween. Chay also loved her wiener dogs!! She spent a lot of time working on her diamond-dot paintings. Chay loved sitting on her back porch drinking her morning coffee and watching the sun rise thru the trees. That was her most favorite thing (she was even known to yell at the squirrels for dropping nuts from the trees).
