Biographical Information: Charles grew up in Logansport, Indiana and was a 1975 Graduate of the Logansport High School. He then moved to Reynolds, Indiana in 1989. Charles had worked at Rockland Flooring for many years working in yard maintenance. He could be found tinkering in his garage all of the time. Charles would spend countless hours listening to his music.
