Visitation will be: 11:00 a.m., until the time services at 1:00 p.m., Friday, August 5, 2011, at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana.
Biographical Information: Paul was a 1947 graduate of Burnettsville High School in Burnettsville, Indiana. Right after graduating he enlisted on June 16, 1947 into the United States Navy. He retired in August of 1966, as Chief Hospital Corpsman (HMC). After retiring from the Navy, Paul went to work for the Lafayette, Indiana, United States Post Office, working there until 1977. Then Paul became the Postmaster of the Otterbein, Indiana, United States Post Office, working there until July of 1989. He was a member of the Yeoman United Methodist Church in rural Yeoman, Indiana, and the American Legion Post in Otterbein, Indiana.
Special Services: Full Military Rites by the Honor Guard of the American Legion, VFW,, and AmVets Post, all of Monticello, Indiana, will be conducted at the I.O.O.F. Riverview Cemetery in rural Monticello, Indiana.
Memorial Information: In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be given to the Yeoman United Methodist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Marriage Information: On November 22, 1951, in Burnettsville, Indiana, he married Marthalove Tobias. She died August 3, 1998. Then on September 11, 2006, in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, he married Noreen Hansell. She survives.
