Biographical Information: Faye lived in White County, Indiana, all of her life and was a 1950 graduate of Buffalo High School in Buffalo, Indiana. She served as the White County, Indiana, Recorder for ten (10) years, Clerk of the Courts for eight (8) years and County Council for several years. Faye was involved in several political, civic and professional organizations, both county and state wide. She was also very active in local and statewide politics, supporting many candidates through several elections and re-elections. One of Faye's highest moments was going to the inauguration of President Bill Clinton in 1993. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Burnettsville, Indiana. Faye loved spending time with her family and friends, and lived life to the fullest. She also loved to dance, travel, and go to "The Boat". Faye enjoyed spending time at the condo in Florida. She was a quilter, avid sports fan, and especially loved Purdue University Girls Basketball "Boiler Up".

Memorial Information: In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be given to the Lowring Education Scholarship, c/o State Bank of Burnettsville, P.O. Box 73, Burnettsville, IN 47926. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Marriage Information: On July 2, 1950, in Burnettsville, Indiana, she married John Lowring. He died March 24, 1992. Then on June 26, 1999, in Monticello, Indiana, she married Dean Fleck. He survives.
