Biographical Information: Monte had lived in the Buffalo, Indiana, area most all his life and was a 1980 graduate of North White High School of Monon, Indiana. He had also attended Ivy Tech Community College of Lafayette, Indiana. Monte had been in failing health for the last several years. He had worked for Bob Bowsher Excavating in Buffalo, Indiana. Monte was part of the Van Meter Family Buffalo Ranch in rural Buffalo, Indiana and enjoyed being there. He was a member of the Bell Center Bible Church in rural White County.
