Biographical Information: Frank had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, community for the last eleven (11) years, coming from South Chicago Heights, Indiana. He retired from Columbia Tool Steel in Chicago Heights, Illinois. He was a former member and usher at St. Anne and St. Paul Catholic Churches of Chicago, Heights, Illinois. Frank enjoyed bowling and walking.
