Biographical Information: Gene had worked as a security guard for the State Hospital in Logansport, Indiana for over twenty-one (21) years, and then for the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) for seventeen (17) years. He was a life long angler and hunter. Gene had attended the Hickory Grove Church of rural Carroll (Delphi) County, Indiana. He raised purebred Golden Retrievers, German Shorthairs, and Beagles.
Special Services: Full Military Rites will be conducted at the Hickory Grove Cemetery.
Memorial Information: May be given to the family or to the Hickory Grove Church. Envelopes will be availalbe at the church.
Marriage Information: On February 9, 1975, at their residence in rural Carroll County ( Idaville ), Indiana, he married Ann Cox. She survives.
