Biographical Information:
Charles and his late wife, Freda, had lived in the Wolcott, Indiana, area for the last seven years. They had owned and operated La Fiesta Restaurant in Mexico, Indiana, from 1972 to 1974, and then from 1976 to 1979, they owned and operated the Paramount Bar and Red Coach Inn in Peru, Indiana. Charles was a proud retired United States Navy Veteran and had served during the Vietnam Era. | |||||||||||
