Biographical Information: Dana passed away very unexpectedly at her home. She had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area all her life and was a 1961 graduate of Monticello High School of Monticello, Indiana. Dana used to love roller skating and that is where she met the love of her life, Tom, and ended up marrying him. She had worked at Indiana Beach of Monticello, Indiana, for over seventeen years. Dana was a member of the Ladies Auxiliaries of the VFW Post #2231 and the AmVets Post #91, both of Monticello, Indiana. She loved her flowers, hummingbirds, her cats, going for golf cart rides around town, and going boating with her family. Dana also used to love going to the gambling boats and going to her friends. She always enjoyed “pressing her luck” on pull tabs and talking on the phone daily with her family, friends, and always had a cup of coffee and tea at her side. Dana also enjoyed going shopping and was always known to bring home bags of “goodies.” When Dana was in her vehicle, she was protected by her guardian angel pin and angel necklace.
