Burial will take place: Private Family Burial will be at the I.O.O.F. Riverview Cemetery in rural Monticello, Indiana.
Visitation will be: Visitation will be from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., Saturday, August 15, 2020, here at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana. Times will be determined soon
Biographical Information: Jeff had lived in Lafayette, Indiana, Louisville, Kentucky, Fort Myers, Verandah, and Alva, Florida. He was a graduate of Wagner High School of Louisville, Kentucky, and also a graduate of Western Kentucky U.B.G. Kentucky. Jeff worked in Senior Management for Caterpillar of Lafayette, Indiana, for fifteen years, retiring in 2014. He was a member of the Dayton Masonic Lodge #103 F. & A.M. of Dayton, Indiana, Loyal Order of the Moose of Fort Myers, Florida, Navy Club of Lafayette, Indiana, Honor Flights, Sons of the American Legion Post 81 of Monticello, Indiana, 40&8 Club, and VFW Post, both of Lafayette, Indiana, Elks Lodge of West Lafayette, Indiana, for over forty (40) years, Country Club of West Lafayette, Indiana, and the River Hall Golf Club and Country Club of Alva, Florida, four miles from Fort Myers, Florida, where he lived in Verandah, Florida, a gated golf community. Jeff had the honor of going on four (4) honor flights. The first flight was as guardian for his father Paul L. Carmichael, and three as guardian for friends and as Medical assistance.
Special Services: Masonic Rites will be conducted by the Dayton Masonic Lodge F. & A.M. of Dayton, Indiana, will begin at 5:00 p.m., Saturday, August 15, 2020, here at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana.
