Burial will take place: At the I.O.O.F. Riverview Cemetery in rural Monticello, Indiana. With Full Military Rites, conducted by the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard.
Visitation will be: Private Family Celebration of Life Services will be held at Miller - Roscka Funeral Home.
Biographical Information: Earl was raised in the Monticello area. He went into the United States Army and served during World War II. Earl returned home and started working in construction, building bridges with family. He also owned and operated several local bars and restaurants. Earl was a member of the Libanus Masonic Lodge #154 F. & A.M., American Legion Post #81, and the VFW Post #2231, all of Monticello. He was also a member of the Scottish Rite Valley of Indiana for over forty – five years. Earl was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time on the course. He was a busy man and was always building or fixing things.

Marriage Information: On October 10, 1948, in Monticello, Indiana, he married C. "June" Swartz; she passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019.
