Clergy: Pastor Erick Riddle of the Hickory Grove Church of rural Delphi, Indiana.
Burial will take place: Private Family Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be at the I.O.O.F. Riverview Cemetery in rural Monticello, Indiana.
Visitation will be: Gathering of Friends and Family with a Celebration of Life for the Public will be at a later date.
Biographical Information: On March 31, 2020, Ruby joined her beloved husband "Bob" and beloved son "Buddha" in Heaven. She had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area most all her life. Ruby had operated a nursing home in Monticello, Indiana, for several years and also an Office Nurse for Dr. Morris. Ruby had worked in nursing for over fifty years retiring as an Registered Nurse. She was a very hard working lady, had a heart of GOLD. She and Bob fostered and raised many children. She had an open door policy allowing anyone or any living being. Ruby was a huge supporter of local law enforcement and fire departments. There is nothing Ruby wouldn’t do to help others. She was an amazing cook and had fed many kids and athletic teams in the Monticello, Indiana, area. Ruby was an avid gardener as her yard was her pride and joy. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Crystal Chapter #165 and a voting member of the round table of knowledge at Kinsers Bakery. We think everybody who knew her will truly miss her and had their own special memories of a wonderful woman. We hope Heaven is ready because things are about to get interesting up there!

Marriage Information: On November 18, 1952, at the Rensselaer United Methodist Church of Rensselaer, Indiana, she married Robert W. "Poppi" White; he passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2005.
