Biographical Information: Steve was a 1966 graduate of Carthage High School. He faithfully served four years in the United States Navy, serving in Guam, Philippines, and Norway. Steve retired from working at Eli Lilly after forty plus years. He was a loving father and grandfather. Steve showered his grandkids with love and as much candy as they could have. His grandkids and granddogs lit up any time he came around. Steve was an avid shooter and loved teaching people new to guns the safety and skills to shoot. He loved birds, especially Bald Eagles, but really hated Geese. Steve enjoyed shooting, fishing, people watching at the Family Express, and watching Seinfeld were his favorite activities. Most of his conservations with his loved ones revolved around these things. His weird sense of humor and loved he shared with all those around him will be truly missed.
