Biographical Information: Mark passed away very quickly after being diagnosed on February 21, 2020, with colon cancer that had spread to his liver. He had lived in Burnettsville all his life and was a 1982 graduate of Twin Lakes High School of Monticello. Mark was a very private person and kept to himself. He enjoyed the history of Burnettsville. Mark enjoyed being outside and push mowing his lawn and sometimes mowed it twice a week to keep the lines. He also enjoyed sitting on his front porch, listening Saturday mornings to 103.7 radio station, and Saturday nights he would listen to Country Gold on the radio. Mark enjoyed Purdue Sports on TV. He and his wife, Jennifer, enjoyed going antique and bargaining shopping. Mark loved decorating for Christmas and loved his Harold Gale Santas and Nativity Scenes. Most especially, Mark loved and enjoyed watching his son, Levi, playing sports and never missed a game. Mark also loved spending time with his family.

Marriage Information: On November 20, 1993, in Monticello, Indiana, he married Jennifer M. Mears; she survives.
