Visitation will be: 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana.
Biographical Information: Colleen had lived in White County all her life and was a 1978 graduate of Twin Lakes High School of Monticello. She was a United States Air Force Veteran. Colleen was very involved in EVERYTHING around the community. She was an active member of the Monticello Christian Church of Monticello and was very involved with the youth group and served as a Deacon. Colleen was an advocate of CASA and the former Contact Help of both White and Carroll Counties and represented being the voice of ALL children. She was also a big advocate of animals. As you can all see and tell by the picture of Colleen, her smile would light up any room and make all and everyone feel warm and loved.
Special Services: Military Rites by the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard of Monticello, Indiana, will be conducted at the I.O.O.F. Riverview Cemetery in rural Monticello, Indiana.
Memorial Information: Memorials may be given to the Family. Envelopes will be available here at the funeral home.
Marriage Information: On March 22, 2003, at the Fraternal Order of Eagle Lodge of Monticello, Indiana, she married Michael L. "Mike" Bowers; he survives.
