Biographical Information: Chuck had been in failing health for the last year. He had lived in the rural Monticello (Monon area), Indiana, for over the last twenty plus years. Chuck had also lived in Mokena, Illinois, Leesburg, Florida, and Manchaug, Massachusetts. He and his late wife, Carol, loved and enjoyed boating. Chuck also loved all sports, enjoyed fishing, birds and his favorite stray cat, Momma Cat. Most especially, Chuck, loved his "Man Cave". He was known as the "Mayor" of Lynn View Park of rural Monticello, Indiana, and patrolled the park with his golf cart each and every night.
