Biographical Information:
Brad had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area all his life and was a 1967 graduate of the Twin Lakes High School of Monticello, Indiana. He then attended some college for architecture, then went into United States Navy to serve his country. Brad was aboard the USS Midway stationed in San Diego, California. He then returned home and work in family construction business of Hornback and Sickler. Brad also work for several other construction companies in Northern Indiana. He was a foreman for many of these companies. Brad then retired from Howard and Sons of Monticello, Indiana, fabricating many custom parts out of the shop. He enjoyed painting and sculpting in his younger years. Brad loved playing his harmonica, his guitar, and could play almost any instrument. He was an avid fan of Notre Dame, Chicago Bears football, and Yankee baseball. Brad also enjoyed target shooting and spending time with his family. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. Brad had a Loving Devotion to his Wife Julie. | |||||||||||

Marriage Information: On October 28, 1972, in Monitcello, Indiana, he marred Julie J. Bramlage; she survives. | |||||||||||

Hornback of Monticello, Indiana; Three (3) Children, Graham (wife Danielle) Hornback of Idaville, Indiana, Zachary Hornback, and Sydney (husband Bill) Musall both of Monticello, Indiana; Three (3) Grandchildren, Ben Musall of Monticello, Indiana, Gracie Hornback of Idaville, Indiana, and Logan Hornback of Idaville, Indiana; Father, Earl E. Hornback of Monticello, Indiana; Two (2) Sisters, Terri Hanni of Monticello, Indiana, and Jill (husband Dave) Strahlem of Logansport, Indiana Several other Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. | |||||||||||
