Visitation will be: 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., Sunday, September 29, 2019, at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana.
Biographical Information: David and his wife, Linda, have lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area most all their married lives. He was a United States Army Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. David worked in the shipping and receiving departments at RCA and Mcgills, both of Monticello, Indiana. David enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, woodworking, and his pets. He was always known for the stories he had to tell everyone when he was a greeter at the Monticello WalMart. David was a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. He was a members of the American Legion Post #81 of Monticello, Indiana, and the Hickory Grove Church of rural Delphi (Carroll County), Indiana.
Special Services: Full Military Rites by the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard of Monticello, Indiana, will be conducted at the I.O.O.F. Riverview Cemetery in rural Monticello, Indiana.
Memorial Information: Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be available here at the funeral home.
Marriage Information: On February 1, 1964, in Logansport, Indiana, he married Linda Sue Stackhouse; she survives.
