Biographical Information: Bob had been in failing health for the last several months. He was a graduate of Most Holy Name of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Bob and his wife, Margaret "Marge", have lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area for the last several years. He relocated to Monticello with Bev Pac and retired as a supervisory at Ball Metal of Monticello, Indiana, for several years. Bob was a very active person in the Monticello, Indiana, having working at Ricketts Liquor Store and Jack’s Package Liquor, drove a bus for the White County Council on Aging, and tended bar at the bowling alley all of Monticello, Indiana. He was a United States Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam Era. Bob was an all around amazing person and would give you the shirt off his back to help all and others. He never knew a stranger and could always put a smile on everyone’s face, and had always said that he should run for mayor!!!
Special Services: Full Military Rites by the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard of Monticello, Indiana, will be conducted at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home, begining at 7:00 p.m., Monday, July 22, 2019.
Memorial Information: In lieu of flowers Memorials may be given to White County Council on Aging or to Happy Tail of Buffalo, Iniana. Envelopes will be avaiable at the funeral home.
Marriage Information: On February 4, 1967, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he married Margaret "Marge" Vancheri; she survives.
