Visitation will be: Memorial Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 17, 2019, at the Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church, 543 S. Main Street, Monticello, Indiana, 47960. A luncheon will follow the Funeral Mass at the Fosselman Hall.
Biographical Information: Most of Frank’s career was spent as a very respected member of the trailer industry. He was in accounting with Fruehauf Corporation in Detroit, Michigan; was plant manager at Fruehauf Corporation in Harrisburg/Middletown, Pennsylvania, and Fort Madison, Iowa; VP of Manufacturing at HPA Monon and Plant Superintendent at Vanguard Trails in Monon, Indiana. After retiring from the trailer industry he enjoyed working at the Tippecanoe Country Club of Monticello, Indiana, maintaining the golf course outside his backyard. Frank was a member of the Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church and the Knight of Columbus #6955 St. John Neuman Council of Monticello, Indiana, and a member of St. Columcille Catholic Church of Sullivan, Illinois. Frank was a true family man. He cherished time spent with family including holiday gatherings, trips to the shore, cookouts in the backyard and supporting his grandchildren at their various events. His legacy as described by family is humble, generous, patient, compassionate, indiscriminate, encourager, benevolent, positive, Samaritan, and "Grand". Memorial Information: Memorials may be given to Covenant House (Donation Processing, P.O. Box 96708, Washington, DC 20090-6708), a home shelter for kids which her has donated to since 1989; a cause for kids from a man who loved his kids.
Marriage Information: On November 24, 1956, in Delphos, Ohio, he married Barbara Ann "Barb" Sickels; she passed away on Monday, December 1, 2014.
