Biographical Information: Steve passed away very unexpectedly from his earthly body to enter into the house of the our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area all his life and was a 1967 graduate of Twin Lakes High School of Monticello, Indiana. Steve was an active member of the Monticello Christian Church of Monticello, Indiana, and had served on numerous committees. He had coached Little League Baseball and Youth Football in Monticello, Indiana. Steve played on the Monticello Christian Church Dartball Team. He enjoyed fishing, camping, playing card, mushroom hunting, and watching the Chicago Bears Football. Steve went to his first Chicago Bears Football game this last October with his brother, Morris. He retired from working at the former McGills (Emerson) Manufacturing in 2010, after working over twenty four years. Steve was a United States Army Veteran proudly serving during the Vietnam Era and continued serving our Country in the Indiana National Guard for several years.
Special Services: Full Military Rites will be conducted by the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard of Monticello, Indiana, at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at the Monticello Christian Church, 105 Gordon Road, Monticello, Indiana, 47960
