Biographical Information: LeRoy had been in failing health for the last several months. He was born, raised, and lived in Monticello, Indiana, area and was 1984 graduate of Twin Lakes High School of Monticello, Indiana. LeRoy and his wife, Linda, had also lived in Lafayette, Indiana. He was an avid Ham Radio Enthusiast. LeRoy loved spending as much time as possible with his family and friends.
