Biographical Information: Judy had been in failing health for the last several months. She was raised in the Star City area and was a 1962 graduate of Star City High School of Star City. Just also attended Jun Herron Art Institute. She had also lived in Francesville, Star City, Lafayette, Logansport, Delphi, and lived in the Monon, Indiana, area for the last forty years. Judy was a self employed child care provider for over thirty years, retiring in 2003. She was a member of the Francesville Baptist Church of Francesville, Indiana, Fraternal Order of Eagles of Monon, Indiana, and was a Girl Scout Leader for over ten years. Judy enjoyed reading her mysteries, planting flowers, gardening, loved working with genealogy, her cats, dogs, and goats. She loved spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Marriage Information: On September 6, 1974, at the Monon United Methdist Church in Monon, Indiana, she married Richard Ralph Lowe; he survives.
