Biographical Information: The Rev. Dr. Jerry Elmore was born in Monticello, Indiana, Thursday, August 26, 1937. He graduated from Monticello High school. Jerry was also graduated Ball State Teachers college. He was then called to serve the Lord and went on to graduate from Lexington Theological Seminary in 1962. Jerry, and Constance Annette Wiley, were married on March 24, 1962. He served many churches in Illinois, Indiana, Georgia, Missouri and Florida. Jerry was also active in every location with the Free and Accepted Masons, and various other Fraternal Masonic Bodies.

Memorial Information: May be given to the Indiana Masonic Home, Shriners Childrens Hospital, or the Scottish Rite Dyslexia Foundation. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Marriage Information: On March 24, 1962, he married Constance Annette Wiley; she passed away on November 10, 2015.
