Biographical Information: Dee was a member of the Hickory Grove Church of rural Delphi (Carroll County), Indiana. She was also a member of the Crystal Chapter Order of Eastern Star #165 of Monticello, Indiana, and Kappa Sigma of Lafayette, White County Chapter, Hickory Grove Women’s Fellowship, and was a charter board member of the Christian Assistance of Monticello, Indiana. Dee attended Purdue University for two years. She was a homemaker, teacher’s aide (teaching motor perception) at Eastlawn Elementary School of rural Idaville, Indiana, for three years. Dee was a former director of the White County Council on Aging of Monticello, Indiana, for two years, and helped organize "Meals on Wheels". She had also worked as a clerk at the Hallmark Card Store of Monticello, Indiana.

Marriage Information: On September 24, 1950, in Lafayette, Indiana, she married the love of her life, Ralph Crowel Davis; he passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2010.
