Biographical Information: Toby had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area since 2009. He was a 2000 graduate of Boone Grove High School of Porter Township, Indiana. Toby was a wrestler and started wrestling at the age of 4 years old. He had served in the United States Marine Corp from 2002 to 2006, and was called back to duty in 2007 to serve in the Iraqi Freedom, and was wounded in combat. Toby was issued a Purple Heart. He was an outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, hunting, and camping. Toby was a heavy equipment operator. He attended the University of Alaska, and met his late wife, Crystal Marie, while attending the university. Toby was a former member of the American Legion Post #81 of Monticello, Indiana.
Special Services: Full Military Rites by the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard of Monticello, Indiana, will be conducted at the Hughes Cemetery in rural Monticello, Indiana.
Memorial Information: Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society in memory of his late wife, Crystal Marie Marks. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Marriage Information: On April 14, 2003, in Valparaiso, Indiana, he married Crystal Marie Ulery; she passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2014.
