Biographical Information: Melvin had lived in the Monticello, Indiana, area all his life and was a 1972 graduate of Twin Lakes High School of Monticello, Indiana. He was very active in Boy Scouts going all the way to Eagle Scout. Melvin was an owner/operator truck driver for twenty - three years. He was ALWAYS known to be right all the time no matter what!!!! Melvin enjoyed shooting pool, hunting, fishing, going to concerts at Little Nashville, watching James Bond 007, John Wayne, and western movies. He was an avid NASCAR fan, Jeff Gordon being his favorite driver. Melvin was also and avid Indianapolis Colts Football and Indiana Pacers Basketball fan.
