Biographical Information: Kay was a 1961 graduate of Lauramie High School of Clarks Hill, Indiana. She lived all her married life in the Reynolds, Indiana, area. Prior to marriage, Kay worked at Purdue University. After marriage, she worked on the farm with her husband, Ed, where they raised crops, livestock and their family. Kay drove a school bus for the North White School Corporation of Monon, Indiana, for seventeen years, and was also an aide at the former Reynolds Elementary School. For the last fifteen years, she worked part time for the Hearing Aide Services in Monticello, Indiana. Kay was an active parishioner at her church and served many years as a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. She was also a former leader of the Honey Creek Township 4-H Club, and a former member of the Reynolds Home - Ec Club. Kay’s passion in life was her family and friends. She enjoyed traveling to watch her kids and grandkids compete in their sporting events, spending countless nights at a gym, stadium or field cheering them on. She loved crafting and tending to her flowers, always searching for the best way to "keep the darn deer out of them." Kay would never turn down a chance to sit and chat and have a Pepsi with a friend. She loved her popcorn, her butter-scotch ice cream and her NCIS. And her all-time favorite pastime was beating "Pooz" at his own game of euchre.
