One of my favorite pictures is me with my first great-grandson Luca (Elizabeth’s son) last Thanksgiving. God has blessed me in my life. My parents Earl and Mabel (English) Foulks raised me to love God and the people around me. I am the last of my generation, as my siblings Lorin, Forrest, Victor, Richard, Dean, Byron, and Juanita have all gone before me. I had a great life with my husband Max Brown, as we were married over fifty (50) years before he passed in 2003. My son, Jerry Brown, lives in Goshen, KY with his wife Robin. I have four (4) beautiful granddaughters; Elizabeth (Brown) Rizzo, Stephanie Brown, Rachel Brown, and Courtney Brown. All have been a blessing.
We lived on a small farm near Buffalo, Indiana, for most of our life. We actively attended Zion Bethel Church. I worked at Bryan’s Manufacturing and Tru Flite Arrow before Max and I retired. We enjoyed spending the winter in Sebring, FL at Buttonwood Bay for over thirty (30) years.
My hope is all friends and family will return to Zion Bethel Family Center of Monticello after the formal services for lunch, and to share all the great memories we made together.
I hold dear to my heart my faith in Christ, and I know that absent from the body is present with our Lord. God Bless.
