Biographical Information: Don has been a resident of the Indiana Veterans Home of West Lafayette, Indiana, for the last several years. He was a United States World War II Navy Veteran. Don was born and raised in Terra Haute, Indiana, and had lived in Zigler, Illinois, Indianapolis, and Monticello, Indiana, communities. He was the groundskeeper at the Noyes Estate for several years. Don was a member of the AmVets Post #91, American Legion Post #81, and the VFW Post #2231, all of Monticello, Indiana. He loved to fish.
Special Services: Full Military Rites by the Monticello Veterans Honor Guard of Monticello, Indiana, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 21, 2017, here at the Miller - Roscka Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana.
