Biographical Information: Barb moved to Monticwllo, Indiana in 1973. She was an Elementary Teacher in Remington for several years. Barb helped with the family business, Green Prairie Company for twenty-five years, and then Crawford Associates of West Lafayette for several years until 1999. Barb, also was known as the "Super Sub" in the late 1970s thru the mid 1990s for the Twin Lakes School Corporation, and was requested by many. After Chuck passed away, Barb went to work at CDC Resources of Monticello. In her younger years, she was a ballerina and could have gone on to be a professional ballerina. Barb was an avid animal lover, reader, and was known to do crossword puzzles in numerous newspapers and did them in ink. She also was an avid music lover and would sing to everything and even to all the goofy songs with her special voices. Barb was a Girl Scout and a former Girl Scout Leader for several years. She enjoyed working the election polls and was a wonderful, amazing person and made all and every holiday special for her family. Barb was a wonderful ghost story teller. She and her late husband, Chuck, enjoyed traveling especially to New Orleans and Hawaii. Her grandchildren lovingly named her "Grammar Crawford".

Memorial Information: In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Happy Tails of Buffalo. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Marriage Information: On June 13, 1953, in Michigan, she married Charles F. "Chuck" Crawford; he passed away on November 8, 2001.
